Fran is an HR Generalist with over 20 years experience across a range of industries including Media/PR, Biotech, MedTech, AI and Engineering. After building considerable experience in an established global HR team, Fran has spent the last 6 years providing consultancy services to start ups, developing a wide range of tools, resources and experience to set up and maintain a start up HR function from the ground up. Fran offers a positive, business focused approach, providing practical, operational HR as well as the ability to work closely with senior management on HR strategy and planning. As a generalist, Fran covers all aspects of the HR spectrum such as compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, policy and procedure etc. Fran received her degree from the University of Bath and is CIPD qualified.
