Natalie is an accomplished HR professional with experience across multiple sectors including Financial Services, Technology, Insurance, Bioscience and Renewable Energy. During her career, Natalie has held key HR leadership roles working with business leaders and employees at all levels to ensure people strategies deliver business goals. She brings a wealth of experience to the McLean team including leading company restructures, acquisitions, TUPE, HR system implementations and culture change projects. Natalie is CIPD qualified and has a passion for delivering forward thinking and practical HR, recruitment and learning and development solutions. Outside of work Natalie is a keen silversmith and enjoys running her own small jewellery business alongside spending time in the New Forest with her young family.
